WAUMEDBetween 2005 and 2010 CBS in the U.S. produced a series called Numb3rs. For those of you who haven’t heard of it, it is about two brothers: one of whom is an FBI agent and the other a Mathematics professor. Together with their father and colleagues they use mathematics to solve crimes.

The US Mathematics Teachers Association (NCTM) along with Texas Instruments joined in by producing Maths activities for high school students. Texas Instruments still has them on their website.
