An AMSI friend, Helen MacGillivray has teamed up with Peter Petocz to write a series of books for teachers to support learning of the Statistics and Probability strand of the Australian Curriculum. Michael Evans and Peter Jones acted as consultants to the author team.
Published by Cambridge University Press, the titles for Years 7 & 8 and Years 9 & 10 use the inquiry approach to explain strategies and develop skills. The material is available in digital and print editions, and accompanying teacher resource material will be produced soon.
